The HTA Unit is responsible for managing relations with regional bodies within the regional HTA network and coordinates the Technology Assessment Unit (UVT), which deals with the analysis of requests for procurement of medical and non-medical equipment, diagnostic systems used in healthcare delivery pathways, and related maintenance activities, using a HTA (Health Technology Assessment) approach
