Center for Health Management Studies (CeSIM)

The Intercompany Study Center established by resolution No. 56 29/01/2021 aims to contribute to the development of corporate and system functionality.

The scientific purposes of CeSIM are:

• development of enterprise and system functionality;
• promotion and integration of the fundamental principles of data science and data management, together with a vision for processes in healthcare;
• organization of conferences, seminars, courses, and digital learning events in the field of healthcare management;
• promotion of publishing initiatives and monographs on the center's research topics.

The main lines of research of the Intercompany Study Center for Healthcare Management (some of which have already been sinergically activated by the AO AL and ASL AL) are:

• PDTA (Diagnostic Therapeutic and Care Pathways) process-based management;
• Population Health Management (PHM); Operations Management and Lean Management; District Care and Prevention; Quality in Healthcare;
• Research Management
