Translational medicine

The activity of the structure is essential for transferring the results obtained from basic research to the clinic, in order to implement methods of prevention, diagnosis and therapy for pathologies attributable to company research lines.
The activities are closely related to those carried out by the Laboratory of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics and the SSD Research Laboratories, closely connected to the activities of the clinical departments, which have an applied research nature, in particular by managing:

• the methodological aspect
• the statistical approach
• the epidemiological assessments of the projects developed by the professionals of the hospital.
