Attività scientifica e di Ricerca

L’Azienda Ospedaliera ha avviato un percorso di coordinamento e promozione scientifica creando nel 2011 una apposita Struttura a Rilevanza Aziendale “Sviluppo e Promozione Scientifica” che concentra una serie di attività che hanno permesso la creazione di una visione unitaria e di una identità aziendale nel settore della ricerca, della formazione e dell’innovazione, valorizzate nel corso delle Giornate Scientifiche organizzate negli anni.

L’attività realizzata è finalizzata a fornire ai dipendenti aziendali gli strumenti tesi a migliorare le proprie performance nei settori della ricerca, formazione e innovazione. Il Grant Office è stato individuato per promuovere e indirizzare la partecipazione dei dipendenti in tutte le fasi di preparazione dei progetti di ricerca in risposta a Bandi di Enti Pubblici, Privati ed Europei coordinandone a livello sovrazonale la presentazione all’Ente finanziatore ed assicurandone il monitoraggio.

Il Clinical Trial Center (CTC) è uno strumento utile per ottimizzare la ricerca clinica condotta dai professionisti aziendali, che intendono dare vita alle proprie idee progettuali di ricerca scientifica o collaborare a linee di ricerca sponsorizzate, con il fine ultimo di offrire un sempre più elevato livello di assistenza e migliorare la salute del paziente, ottemperando alla Mission propria dell’Azienda e del Sistema Sanitario nel suo complesso.
